Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico in 1974.
Studies (selection):
Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities with a major in Fine Arts, Magna Cum Laude, of the Department of Fine Arts of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) in Río Piedras (1997). Museum studies: Behind the Scenes at the Smithsonian, Smithsonian Affiliations and the Smithsonian Center for Education Museum Studies, Washington, D.C. (2006). Has accomplished studies and independent workshops in mural painting, intaglio copper, collection management and exhibition design in the UPR and in the Museum and Center for Humanistic Studies of the Turabo University in Puerto Rico (2006- 1997).
At the present time (2008) is curator at the Caguas Art Museum MUAC since 2006.

(2009) Lexus Prize for Development of an Art Project at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Their work has been rewarded in Young Art First Competition of Oriental Bank: Special Mention (2008). Also at the Fine Arts Contest of the Ateneo PuertorriqueÒo: First Prize in Engraving (2006) and Honorary Mention in Engraving (2001).
